John was a member of British Parliament for 13 years. Brian Lewis

Brian has over thirty years experience working in the financial community. David Keisman

David is currently a Managing Director in the S&P/Portfolio Management Data group of Standard & Poor's. He co-founded Portfolio Management Data, LLC (PMD) in 1996. PMD collects information on loan deals from most major syndicated lenders and combines it into a database of credit, industry, structuring and pricing data, which let bankers and investors compare planned transactions to its database of actual deals. It also maintains a database of loss and recovery information for defaulted debt instruments. Standard & Poor's acquired PMD in May of 2000.
